Stitching Policy | Farabi®

Thank you for choosing Farabi® for your stitching needs. We pride ourselves on providing premium sewing management, ensuring impeccable sewing styles and quality. Our dedication to customer satisfaction drives us to meticulously arrange and tailor garments according to the designs shown on our site.

However, it is important to note that there may be some variations in the final product. Certain elements displayed by brands for showcase purposes may not be included in our stitching. We also make adjustments to align with traditional Pakistani culture. For example, low back, backless, drop shoulder, and sleeveless designs are modified into regular backs, standard shoulders, and hooked sleeves for modesty purposes.

Stitching Guidelines

  • The shirt will be styled and sewn to closely resemble the picture displayed on Farabi®.

  • The fabric used during our sewing process is not absorbent to water to help maintain its lustre and durability.

  • Pants will be stitched according to the style shown in the product images.

  • Shirts will always include sleeves; we do not stitch sleeveless shirts.

  • Upon customer request, chiffon or net sleeve lining can be stitched inside the shirt or sent separately.

  • Dupattas will be finished with neat silk edging or as depicted in the picture.

  • Our stitching ensures full-coverage underlining to modestly cover the stomach, shoulders, and back. No body-show designs are produced.

  • Embellishments will be applied according to the picture, though availability of certain accessories may vary based on market stock.

Customization Options

  • Customizations are available for size and basic style changes only (not colour changes).

  • Custom size fields are available at checkout for every order.

  • If the outfit is customized, it will be stitched according to the measurements and instructions provided by the customer.
    Design changes requested by customers are their responsibility and cannot be returned.

  • We use Farabi® branded collars, as unstitched fabric arrives without designer tags.

Made-to-Order & Designer Stitched Items

All made-to-order and designer-stitched items will be prepared and delivered to closely resemble the product images shown on Farabi® by default.

If the customer wishes to request modifications, they must:

  1. Add the request in the checkout notes, and

  2. Share the request with our customer service team along with the order number for written confirmation.

Modifications are subject to approval and in most cases may not be possible.

Please note:

  • Once confirmed, these custom-made orders cannot be cancelled, refunded, or returned.
